Went looking for a good, random feature photo this afternoon and stumbled upon some guys and a water trike. Totally random, but pretty cool.

One of the things I’ve found oddest about photography is that every so often I just really like a picture for no apparent reason. This is no exception. I was out ice fishing with a group of about 50 4th graders this morning and despite a pile of cute kid photos, this was my favorite.

Working for a newspaper has its perks. Today I interviewed a local guy who makes high-end chocolate and spent about two hours with him in his kitchen. I’m seriously considering a career change.
